this debate is wrong either way: you are ALL mistaking "male" for "men" and "female" for "women". "Male" and "female" are biological definitions. It's two ways nature has engineered our species. "Men" and "women", on the other hand, are social performances (a fiction created and maintained by humans alone). A human male will be perceived as a man if they DAILY fulfill a series of rituals (such as preserving the hair every human features on their skin, not just on their faces). This concludes not every male will want to perform as a man, as not every female will want to perform as a woman. Yet we have been forced to choose between the roles of "man" or "woman" because it's simply easier to manage a binary system when the database in question is made up of nearly 10 billion individuals. There's only black and white, zero or one. No shades of gray, no decimals. Very unreal, but totally practical and highly profitable. So there's a moral issue (yes, you are evil and selfish if you wish someone else didn't exist, whatever the reason be) and there's the legal issue (how could any government deal with a population that is not binarily organized? How to reset the laws? Who wants to start a revolution?). And still, you are ALL stuck in semantics.
