@daveando I read another piece on the impact on younger engineers as they are missing out on onsite mentoring. That will be impacting many sectors and if WFH continues at this level for an extended period we may see delayed development in our next gen. of leaders/specialists.

@daveando For me being out of the corp. world (on Mat leave) has been hard from a human connection perspective through such an isolating year. Which is why you see me on social media so much 😂 It’s positive people like yourself that I’ve followed on social the most, keeps my spirits up.
