Now that GLP-1s are no longer scarce, I’m seeing people really struggle with explaining why they hate them so much. People used to shout that diabetics were being deprived, with righteous indignation. Now… its just kinda different ways of saying fat people don’t “deserve” them.

It’s like me saying I don’t like men with locs, then meeting a man with locs and asking him if he’d be willing to cut them off.

Like… why didn’t I just go for a man without locs in the first place? 😭😂

(And before anyone starts, I actually love men with locs ; it’s just an example.)
