@womenoptionswin I received your email today saying "my track record of year after year 100% returns by trading stock options.".
Your strategies are mostly based on LEAPS.
Those LEAPS must be really down the last month even though you might be pulling in premiums.
What's your P/L YTD?
@HansCashFlow cmon Hans! I am in the discord. You didnt have the VIX play. You were just thinking about it for january. You didn't expect this selloff at this time. love your work but...cmon!
@DividendSharks @womenoptionswin but the sold call would need to be closed out at a huge loss. this would offset any gains made from the LEAPS call.
Agreed that MSTR is too volatile. But same can happen with NVDA.
NVDA went from 105 to 132 in less than a month.
@DividendSharks @womenoptionswin but sometimes you get stuck...have MSTR LEAPS and was selling calls using the LEAPS as collateral. But, then MSTR went from 150 to 190 in no time. rolling doesn't really help.
@womenoptionswin @DividendSharks So with these spreads, you buy LEAPS and sell calls against them?
How do you handle it when the sold call goes ITM? Roll it out?
