What a terrible day - supposed to be going to see @donaldglover tonight at the O2 however @RoyalMail have lost my tickets and @TicketmasterUK won't replace them.

@RoyalMailHelp According to your customer services, they're not covered by your insurance as they were sent by a business account. However they were delivered to your sorting office and were lost from there therefore Ticketmaster won't replace them either.
