Remember Real Estate handles celebrating the recent sale of Government land in Raidurgam, Hyderabad?

The Telangana government (via TGIIC) auctioned 11.38 acres of prime land in Raidurgam, Financial District for a total of Rs 2,529 crore.

This was marketed as record breaking because two land parcels were sold for Rs 237 crore and Rs 204 crore per acre.

Plot 1 included 6.29 acres and was auctioned at Rs 237 crore per acre. The parcel was acquired by Gowra Ventures, generating approximately Rs 1,490.73 crore in total.

Here is the mind blowing twist!!!

Now SBI Bank approached Telangana High Court saying out of these 6.29 acres land purchased by Gowra Ventures, 5 acres apparently belong to SBI!

SBI Bank’s petition will be heard by Telangana High Court tomorrow.

So state government sold off SBI Bank’s property 😂😂😂 or is the bank mistaken?
