@AlaskaAir oh the plots thickens!!!!! The plane was changed days in advance but was never communicated. Why aren’t you communicating this? If I would have known prior to arriving at the airport, this all could have been avoided.

@AlaskaAir SHADY!!!!!!! Booked a flight on a 737-900 and they actually bring a 737-8Max. Alaska didn’t change the plane type, and as of boarding, the app still shows the original plane type. I stepped off the plane after confirming with a flight attendant. 1/2

@AlaskaAir Actually, the plane has departed and it is still incorrect. A couple incidents of bad PR doesn’t excuse this.

@AlaskaAir The plane was sitting at the gate for over an hour, maybe even longer. Why wasn’t your system updated? I booked this flight weeks ago and somehow it never got updated….convenient. Can you kindly assist in rebooking? :) Stranded in Seattle because of Alaska’s mistake.

@margaret_adelle @punished_cait That’s my problem with the entire industry…i feel like it creates a mindset of “oh I can buy it, even if I don’t need it, and recycle it after!” Most donated clothes don’t make it anywhere other than the trash, but people say they did their part by donating

Can we talk about how bad @USPS has been? I was supposed to receive two cards recently, one of which was scanned into my dashboard but never delivered. I also was missing and invitation for over 2 weeks that never got scanned in! Such an unreliable service.

@TreasuryDirect how do I get a hold of your department? I’ve been locked out of my account for 2 days now, and then only option is to call and talk to someone. I called yesterday, and the line stated my wait time was 45 minutes. I was on hold for 45 minutes, but the line then 1/3

Said my wait time was another 45 minutes. I disconnected as I had a work meeting. I called again this morning and was told my wait time was 1.5 hours. After waiting 50 minutes, my wait time was still 1.5 hours. The call then disconnected for no reason and I lost my spot. 2/3
