The situation is unbearably tragic for those who live there. My heart goes out to the relatives of all of the קדושים. May הקב"ה grant wisdom and good counsel to the leaders of the land.
The murder today of two innocent Jews was tragic enough, it really was! The pillage and possible murder of innocents 𝒃𝒚 an angry Jewish mob is incomprehensibly tragic beyond all measure. #notinmyname#notinGodsname

@moshetaragin@JLinkExpanded Yasher Koach. Being a Light for the Nations should indeed remain high on our agenda. I think what irks some people is the use of the term תיקון עולם but ignoring the מלכות ש-די.
@yechields There is no incentive big enough for kids to come an hour early. We do serve breakfast. What makes it special is that everyone in attendance really wants to be there. Tefillah is a unit in both grade 9 and in grade 12 Rabbinics.
@yechields I just visited a yeshiva in Israel where the rosh yeshiva told me that they spend a full year unraveling the trauma of forced tefillah in high school. Rabbi Feigenbaum, in his new Siddur calls this PTSD. Post traumatic Siddur disorder.
@yechields At our high school, Tefillah is completely voluntary. It is an hour before school. We only get a small percentage of students and the high level of kedushah is palpable.
