But yet? We can’t treat the moderators of aha with some respect? Coming from a trail moderator from there we were silenced, us as moderators SHOULD know what’s happening instead of waiting for an announcement like everyone else. We were mistreated and deserve an apology! #aha

@ZenArchive98 Some of the high ranked mods get paid.

Anyone lower did not get paid supposedly.

New update: Regarding Val, We came to an understanding. I’m not feeling well, they were properly confronted and apologized to their staff.

At the moment, I’m very exhausted.

[Rabbit @Rabbith0leee]

Val, doesn’t like what I have to say. That’s to bad, you don’t like it? Then simply block and move on! I don’t have to agree to everything you say. “No Val.”

[Rabbit @Rabbith0leee]

The only time Val actually put in effort to care was during and after my shift! Even though she had insisted prior that I needed to work, which I showed and 2 hours of working and pain. Everything hurt, my pain meds were worn off, I was in pain for those whole two hours.

[Rabbit @Rabbith0leee]

Part 2 of my response:

So another thing, a lot of the moderators at #animalhospital are highly scared to defend themselves with the moderators behavior. And I explained that to Val, no response of course.

These opinions deserve to be heard, they shouldn’t live in fear.

[Rabbit @Rabbith0leee]

@InTeaSoul I’m not 100% sure, however it’s coming into daylight some of the upper hands are against her behavior and truly believe she should be booted from the team.

My best friend made me this cute fluffin piece! @VikaOLearAdopts ! I love you girly thank you so much <3

It breaks my heart, It really does. A wonderful community comes down to this, I highly looked up to their community. Being treated like this was insane.

[Rabbit @Rabbith0leee]

@JJPinger I even explained if I didn’t recover from my SECOND time on anesthesia then it would be out of my hands because I’d literally be unconscious.

[Rabbit @Rabbith0leee]

@OwlieDoesArts I also messaged her.

How the fuck are we supposed to feel, a team we looked up to, dedicated ourselves to, mistreat us, silence us, doesn’t even give us the time of day.

[Rabbit @Rabbith0leee]

With some fucking respect. I’m not even kidding, it’s a toxic environment, I consistently said yes to everything they told me to do, “yes Val, I can do that, Val.”

Fun fact while I was hospitalized they made me work instead of resting and told me to work right after anesthetia!

[Rabbit @Rabbith0leee]

Give me the time of day, I dedicated everything to that team despite not being treated respectfully there. We were silenced every time we had an opinion! Everytime we tried to ask about what the fuck was happening??? There are so many people on that team that needed to be treated
