Lawsuit final appeal judgments on Tiger Vs Lion

After a fiercely contested argument on “Who is the true king of the wild,” we have reached a final judgment

First, I’d like to inform the public that cases are not addressed in a court of law based on emotions; they are won by superior arguments and facts, and below are the arguments we’ve carefully considered before reaching these judgments.

Lion is ably represented by Arojinle and other co-counsels, and Tiger is ably represented by Ayo and other co-counsels.

Arguments:

The claimant applied to dismiss a centurion's long misrepresentation of personality and position by Lion being the king of the jungle on many counts:

Count 1: That Mr Lion, a popular species of the animal kingdom, is endemic to the Savanna region, and it is a gross misrepresentation to crown and address them as the king of a jungle they do not live in.

Counsel to the defendant, however, submitted a counter-argument that, if the lion is the king of the "wild," that automatically makes him the king of both the jungle, savanna and every other territory that falls under wild categories, He also said in his world that

"Mr Tiger chose the jungle for himself because, as a person, his values are in question, always needing to hide in shadows, behind trees.

He has made for himself a reputation of a ruthless assassin and borderline psychopath"

we have determined the defense to be a superior argument, and count 1 is hereby dismissed.

Count 2: The claimant noted that Mr. Tiger is a fierce animal, in his words, " a lone wolf," and for that reason, should be made the king.

Counsel to the defendant again, however, submitted a counter-argument that there is nothing kingly about being a lone wolf, that the lion is community-minded, and a very accommodating king who ruled the animal kingdom with his pride; we have found this argument to be superior as my learned benchers, and I do not think any government can be sustainably run by a lone wolf, hence count 2 is also hereby dismissed.

Count 3: Counsel to the claimant argued, according to him, that the Lion sits on the thrown lazily and has the lioness and other cubs go out to hunt for food so he can eat, and that is not kingly.

Defending counsel replied that this is an attempt to rewrite history which is the very foundation on which the world as we know it is built. He furthered his argument by saying that one of the best quality a good leader is the ability to delegate tasks to the right people who will produce results. Mr. Lion's delegation of hunting to Mrs. Lioness is no weakness but a wise means of task delegation; while this is done, Mr. Lion protects their territorial land from other invading species.
We have found this argument to be superior that it is responsibility of a king to protect, count 3 is here by dismissed.

Count 4: The claimant argued that Mr. Lion is a fraud, shows ruthlessness, which is a way to hide his own weakness, and that his rulership since time immemorial has benefited no one but himself. He kills other animals ruthlessly and does not protect the kingdom he claims to govern. Therefore Mr Tiger should be considered the king

The defending counsel submitted a counterargument to this, that

1. In terms of protecting the kingdom, in the savanna where the lion resides, he can boast of a thriving population of millions of animals of different species. It is, however, funny that counsel to the claimant is using this as an argument when scientists have officially declared the Tiger who is currently maligning his client in an attempt to become the king, an endangered species that needs human intervention and preservation to prevent his lineage from getting wiped off the big CAT family.
In his words, he said, "The Lion King story has been told and retold, and never gets old, because it is a story of sacrifice for the greater good, once again something the Tiger knows nothing about." We have found this argument to be extremely superior, and count 6 is hereby struck out.
2. That particular claim is ridiculous coming from an animal that kills others for sport

Count 5: Counsel to the claimant argued that lion weakness is causing a diminishing pandemic for the animals, that the CAT family, to which Mr. Tiger also belongs, is not ably represented by the Lion himself, and that he'd rather use women for matters he is supposed to handle himself and this makes their clan appear weak.

Counsel to the defendant counter argued this to be another gross fact misrepresentation and blatant lie, in his words "The Lion is a leader who believes in women empowerment and representation in government.

This is why Lionesses have come to be known as very successful hunters; this is something Tiger can learn from. ".
After a thorough assessment, we have again found this argument to be absolutely superior to that of the claimants, and petition count 5 is also hereby dismissed.

Last count: The counsel to the claimant submitted a closing and the most important argument on strength, that their client is the strongest, biggest, fastest, most creative, and most ruthless of the cat family, and they backed this with evidence. Muscle Mass: Tiger 72.6%: Lion 58.8%.
Bite force: Tiger 1,050psi: Lion 700psi
Strike force: Tiger 33,500 lb.-ft./s: Lion 27,500 lb.-ft./s

They further argued that it was total cheating on their client if Tiger, who has superior power and everything continued to get sidelined and Lion continued to get misrepresented as king as it's been since some 100 years ago; they begged the court to upturn the victory of King Lion at the high court and further added that the next generation needs to know the truth about who is truly the king and it is in the power of I and my fellow justices to make that happen

The defendant fiercely contested this count; they said kingship, rulership, presidentship, or any ship for that matter, anywhere in the world, has never been about strength; one of the counsels to the defendant cited a previous appeal judgment of 2007 by Mr Aligator and Mr Crocodile in case no 466reptiles2009 "who is superior reptile" They also added the funniest of example that can President Tinubu beats his ADC in a one on one fights?

They closed their argument by saying it is further ridiculous that the claimant is using this as an argument given their client, Mr. Lion, beats and killed Mr. Tiger on every occasion where they've crossed paths or been in physical combat, they tendered evidence (Evidence 3 by X user Tundenewyork) of 2 minutes video of how a Mr. Tiger completely got mauled to death by their client Mr. Lion, they further presented a poll conducted by a Twitter user (Evidence 4 by X user Man of Letters) where Lion has 57% and Tiger 43%. After careful consideration of all evidence presented, we also hereby unanimously strike out count 6 ( The last count ).

Conclusively, we have unanimously found this petition to be completely weak and a total waste of court processes and time; I hereby strike off the petition of the claimant and uphold the judgment of my amiable colleague of the high court that Lion should, forthwith, retain his kingship position indefinitely.

Counsels and the general public should be warned that this court will no longer entertain frivolous petitions like this again.

For time wasting and reputational damage and validity and mandate questioning that this lawsuit has done to the defendant, the court hereby awards a fine of 1 billion naira in favor of the defendant to be paid by the claimant on or before Dec 1st, 2024.

Note that claimant has 48 days from the day of this judgment to appeal to the supreme court

Remember that this court will no longer entertain frivolous petitions and arguments like this again; the general public should take note.
