@metrolaalerts My partner tried to transfer from the 207 to the 2 this morning and said that the EB 2 stop at Sunset and Western is gone because of construction. This is not reflected in GTFS and without a temporary stop everyone was confused and had to walk several blocks.

@metrolosangeles @metrolaalerts I don't expect this account to be staffed 24/7, but I do expect service alerts to be maintained. There was no GTFS alert put out yesterday, so trip planners sent customers to the B line without any indication that the line was not usable.

No one who rides Metro would write this. Fare beaters use the emergency gates or the ADA fare gates, which can be easily walked through. Jumping over the turnstiles is extremely rare in my experience.
