@TUIUK So what is this number. You have had people stuck in the airport no staff to speak to. No information as to why the flights haven't arrived. Its not just NCL flight thats affected. I understand weather but other planes have been landing. Where is your duty of care!!!!!

@TUIUK what is going on woth ACE flight today. Nearly a 6 hour delay no info a €11 meal for 6 hours is ridiculous. Incoming flight from NCL diverted to FUE and the to TFS. I understand weather but other planes have been landing in ACE so give your passengers an update
