It should not take over an hour to catch a so called regular service... one which you are cutting further laughably (27) from tomorrow. I'm not surprised it is due to poor use - nobody can trust the bus service.

I'm well aware of the numerous activities in Leeds today (NHS March) and around my area in both Horsfortg and Yeadon. But the absolute shambolic state of @FirstWestYorks service to NW Leeds is an embarrassment. Considering we wanted to go three miles to a local independent event

Instead of driving, three buses were a no show at the first stop. At the next stop one that was due switched to not in service driving by with only 10 people on board. The airport bus understandably was rammed as it had obviously turned up unlike others.
