Wow @O2 horrendous customer service promised call backs which never materialise , account not noted with what has been promised . Complaint on going and no one willing to take responsibility. After 18 years as customer I’m leaving as soon as my contract ends .
@YodelOnline honestly struggling to work out how your delivery driver couldn’t find my address when I’ve had 3 other deliveries today ! Also tried to sort this with 3 different people on your online chat and still nothing !!
I know more people that have lost their lives to suicide & mental health issues since the lockdowns started than have died from COVID . This honestly breaks my heart 💔
So glad I bank with @Barclays and not @HSBC_UK . My boyfriend has just rang the fraud department to say someone is emptying his bank account while he is on the phone to them & they transferred him he’s been on hold for over 40 mins !!!! 🤬😡🤯 What shocking service #HSBC
