@LNER we have been stuck for 4 hrs now and on the train for 6hrs. We have been offered water but nothing more. We need alternatives to be made available asap. I am travelling with my 2 children and the all of info or alternative options is appalling.
@evrisupportline my parcel was never collected (paid for collection via sports direct). Have tried to raise online but not had any response. Parcel returned deadline is tomorrow. If I take to a parcel shop will they be able to process using the same label etc. Thanks.
