Lots of democracies prosecute former leaders & it goes fine

In weaker democracies like ours (sorry), it can risk violence or worse. But the prosecution doesn’t create that risk, it exposes it, and if properly executed can treat the underlying cause. It’s a reason *to* do it.

@JulianSadurTV Really not necessary is my understanding. A master's is a means to an end and not always a place where your mind actually expands. A Ph.D. would only be necessary if you wanted to be a full-time, tenured professor, rather than just adjunct.
