@CrossCountryUK the 4.11 to Plymouth that's just left Leeds. Carriage D seat 07/08 a man is refusing to vacate a seat for the lady who reserved it. He's being rude and won't move despite no reservation. Can't get in touch with train staff for support.

@TUIUK I have an issue with our accomodation in Mexico. Your app is terrible and doesn't let me log in with my details so I can't use the chat function or try to contact someone. I've reinstalled 3 times.
