@VodafoneUK I’ve done all that trev. I now want to leave due to the awful broadband you’re giving me but I have to pay a leaving fee. Apparently wifi that doesn’t work 4 times in 9 months isn’t a good enough excuse 🙃

@VodafoneUK our wifi has gone down numerous times over 9 months. We have called everytime to get it fixed but it keeps happening! Have tried to leave but have been told I need to pay an early leaving fee but your service is horrific!? Many hours wasted getting nowhere.
