A2: Better preparation, good mentors, and overall support. If a new teacher is thrown to the wolves with no one to help and support them, that's a recipe for discouragement and disaster. #ap3040

A5: My calculus teacher opened his classroom during lunch for fun, extra help, conversation, and just over relaxation halfway through the day. He would either play music or have a video playing. I like how it helped me take a break, and I want to do something like that. #ap3040

A5: my senior year, my calculus teacher opened up his classroom during lunch for students to come and work on things or just have fun and chit chat. He would have interesting videos on the screen. He would talk to students about college or his engineering degree.

A4: At the end of the day, you're there to teach, not make friends. Professionalism comes first over anything. That doesn't mean you can't have a little fun in the classroom, but it should stay there and be appropriate. #ap3040
