@dish after almost 20 years we parting ways. I had “hope” when I first called, but 3x later and 3 vastly different experiences, i’m done. I think my favorite part of the conversation was i should just call back in a few days for “new” offers…sigh
@AmericanAir - HELP ASAP. Friend’s bags are lost in transit after they came home for a medical emergency. They couldn’t file a lost baggage claim at the airport since they landed. Now based on airtags 4 bags are in 4 different countries. 3 in South America & 1 in Madrid. HELP!!!
@VerizonSupport More like a bait and switch. I was on a phone for close to 1 hours asking to talk to a supervisor only to be told i’d be called back. Ridiculous.
