This #unfinished draft was prepared by the eminent author, columnist, and thinker, late Shri #Balbir_Punj, a day before his passing (18 April) for his column scheduled in @TheDailyPioneer (23 April).
One month has elapsed since his demise. In view of the recent arrest of #Nida_Khan in the alleged #conversion case and the reported support extended to her by a section of AIMIM leaders, which has once again brought the #Nashik #TCS matter into focus, the following draft, shared by his daughter @shwwetapunj, acquires renewed relevance.
“In countless ways, Balbir Ji left his mark through his life and work. For years, the contribution he made as a journalist and writer has remained an ideal for the media fraternity. He began his journalistic journey with Motherland, wrote numerous articles, undertook editorial responsibilities, and also led organizations such as the National Union of Journalists. His contributions to journalism earned him deep respect and recognition. In public life, he remained an active worker of the @BJP4India. As a party office bearer, he handled responsibilities across several states. In the Rajya Sabha, Balbir Ji will always be remembered as a powerful voice of national thought.
“What his family members and daughters said about his personality is indeed true, but for all of us, he represented the living embodiment of India’s cultural consciousness, national spirit, and social sensitivity. Throughout his life, he never compromised with these values. As a swayamsevak, the firmness of his conviction and dedication was clearly reflected in both his speech and writings, which in itself remains an ideal.” — Shri @DattaHosabale Ji, Sarkaryawah, @RSSorg

Released a coffee table book 'Modi at Seventy five' published by the Network 18 group. The book elaborates on Modi Ji's journey that began as a child born to a modest family in Gujarat to becoming the Prime Minister of India and the most popular leader in the world. I commend the publishers of the book for their effort to inspire more and more people with the life and work of Modi Ji, who is dedicated to the service of the people and the nation.
@tehseenp Tehseen bhai, I am not a congress supporter, but just a suggestion, any one associated with this idiot @rautsanjay61 can never win any election in life. His image and vocal dairrhea can finish anyone or any party, be it INC or SSUBT or NCPSP. But he is good for BJP, SS & NCP.
*WHAT RAHUL GANDHI STANDS FOR?*
Can anyone say what Rahul stands for , except for his blind hate against Modi ? His antipathy towards Modi/ BJP , usually transcends into rants against India . While speaking against Ambani- Adani he mimics Naxals . On Dalit issues he sounds like Kanshi Ram .
On Pakistan & China he repeats what Jehadies and Commies say. Can one explain why these countries, inimical to India , and Rahul , are usually on the same page ? On farmers , he echoes Taikat . On caste , he parrots the colonial narrative. He walks awkwardly in a dhoti to temples and simultaneously supports the divisive legacy of Ramaswami Naicker .
The disparate paradigms Rahul is stealing from , are mostly incompatible with each other . They are products of minds operating in silos. They lack a wholistic and integrated view of the country and its myriad problems.
In a bid to reinvent himself , Rahul has eviscerated his party of its ideological content . He picks up at random what he believes would help him sell his party to voters . There is no ideological conviction in him - except for his outright disdain against all that Modi / BJP stand for .
The only thing he really believes in is : his inalienable right to power since he is the scion of Gandhi dynasty. Can such feudal and non- serious approach work in the new and aspirational 21st century India?

@VinodSharmaView@RahulGandhi@MahuaMoitra Vinod ji, you have spend your whole life in shielding Congress and Gandhis. You are a true congressman. You have done more then many congress leaders. You should be rewarded with Rajya Sabha.
@AnshumanSail The roof that collapsed at the Delhi airport’s terminal 1 was constructed during 2008-09. The work was contracted out by GMR to private contractors.
