I have been a customer in 2018 and now in 2024, seems like nothing has changed.
Our ticket number: 713512303234
1. No updates from Furlenco
2. No-one has come for product return, although the date given was 1st May
3. Still no update
4. A leaking fridge and broken TV cabinet was sent to us,and there has been no support regarding the same,despite being a month of informing

@facebook I can't seem to login to my facebook. I have access to my email and I have two factor authentication set up but after entering my password it says to enter 6 digit code from code generator but I have lost my phone and don't have access to my authenticator. Please advise
