In '24, @headout's revenue (not GBV 😉) crossed $130M; up 8x from the post-Covid baseline. Our CM2 margins grew to 30%+. We were profitable with double digit EBITDA margins in sight and are growing faster than the ecosystem. The managed experiences model we pioneered works.

In '24, @headout crossed the 10M guests/year mark (and then some). A decade ago, I was chastised on a Shark Tank style TV show for projecting a number that's 1/10th of this. They just couldn't fathom us serving the whole world, not just India. Dream big, swing big, always.

@nishanth_who I love the "me" time and wouldn't trade that for anything. I have just switched that time from night to morning. Instead of using that personal time in the night on subreddits and random videos on youtube, time in morning is spent on news, gardening or workout w/ podcasts.

This simple trick has improved my sleep cycle drastically. Take a book or kindle instead. Another thing that worked as a forcing function - changing my maid's timing from 10 am to 8 am.
