@currys is there no leeway with returning items that are unsuitable? I only want an exchange but the store won't even consider it. Seems daft to not even offer store credit when you can still sell the product opened even at a reduced rate.

@marksandspencer the 11th of jan is not enough time to return xmas gifts if you don't live near your family to get the receipt or gift back to return. That's £25 lost which is a lot to some. I'm not having a great experience with returns with you at the moment 😠

@marksandspencer I was organised and bought presents in November knowing I wouldn't see my family over xmas. One was too small for my grandma so saw her on the 11th to get the present back to return it. Shes not able to get out to do it herself. I was only able to get £7 back. What a joke.

@riverislandhelp your sizing doesn't make sense. Black ones are new, blue are old. Top is an 8, middle is an 8, bottom is a 10. The 10 is huge and the black 8 is tiny! My blue ones are perfect. Why can't you match the same style?!
