@HMRCcustomers I’ve been on hold now for 56 minutes. I have a full time job and this is about the 7th time I’ve tried which is almost a full days work on hold over the last few weeks! Why do you not have an online/email service?!

@GavinGiovannoni I was told this week that I was ineligible for any DMT treatment as my last MRI was stable and therefore I am considered stable. I raised the question of smouldering symptoms and deterioration and was told no to any treatment without evidence

@TheAA_UK I tried the emergency line as on dual carriageway, all other numbers, app wouldn’t let me do anything as couldn’t get my membership number. constantly ringing from 12:30 to 2:30 and no answer. I ended up pushing the car somewhere safe, informing police and getting a taxi.

@CaraLisette My daughter recently asked to join the gym so I joined with her. We go together and it’s given us some brilliant opportunities to talk about what’s ok and push pull factors to health/shape and not getting caught in the numbers. Thank you for always highlighting x

@TLRailUK is there a reason the 06:12 from West Worthing to Bedford is so frequently cancelled? It’s the only direct train for commuters from this area. So many going back to the office now and it adds another hour a day onto journey and a heap of stress @Emma4Labour

@TheRAC_UK I called at 17:45 from the M4. You moved me to a services, been here for over 4 hours in a car, now been told me you will only be moving me to Reading where I may or may not get a transfer home or just to another services Despite me paying for a ‘get you home’ service.
