@xdabluesfan @softlxnar But its not July, its May. We usually get it no hotter than 25c (77f) in the summer, let alone may. The forecast for the next few days is thunderstorms and around 70f which is more normal for us

@ChazVT_ I got a mobile ac unit a few years ago and it's a god send! A bit fiddly as our windows don't really fit the extractor out so well but it allows us to sleep in cool comfortable bedrooms (only upstairs as its too heavy to lug downstairs). Totally worth it!

@TalkThatTalk_K So sorry to hear of your circumstances. People with extra needs are treated as second class citizens 😞 I can't even get therapy for my teenager (autistic) who has suicidal thoughts and ptsd. They just offer a 'drop in' service half hour away for 30 min appointment
