This is unacceptable, customer service didn’t even care about solve the problem, and basically charged the costumer more than TWICE the price it was originally discussed by phone.

BE AWARE! of @foxrentcar in Miami. I see this actions with deep concern, and our representatives in Florida @RepMaxwellFrost @mattgaetz must be aware. Today a car was returned after a rental and the person on the counter named Ivan charged this person an unbelievable amount
