I've seen a few confused messages so to make it clear:

- LINEA tokenomics and governance details at end of July, not TGE
- Checker for Airdrop with eligibility criteria will be shared a few days before TGE
- TGE date depends on a few external factors (eg CEXes) but won't be long after

Can't believe it was just two years ago we launched Linea Mainnet. Cheers to everyone who has been part of the journey so far, you're the real ones.

I'm proud of what the team has accomplished in those two years, delivering on the zkEVM technology, and yet, I know we're just getting started.

When I stepped in to lead the team earlier this year I made it one of my main objectives to make good on the LINEA announcements made in Bangkok.

After months of feedback and discussion across the core team, ecosystem partners, execs, board members, investors, and general counsel, I can finally say with confidence that we are ready to go. Expect an announcement with the details later this month.

But equally important my other main objective was to put Linea Mainnet on a path to greatness. Because technology and tokens are one thing, but giving builders the support to build great experiences and deliver value to users is the real end goal. And this is where we've been cooking extra hard, and it looks to all be coming together in perfect timing.
