First you don't acknowledge the payment I made. I still have not yet received my card since September after I reported it lost.

@MelMelouni I'm glad you did not have issues your card. I don't buy more than I can handle either. This is about a payment I made but they did not acknowledge it even though I sent them the copy of the receipt and my bank statement. Yes I did inbox them, but not heard back.
