Only Spurs can manage to head into an international break in 10th place when a win at home against a team in the bottom three would have put them third. The problem is you have to play as if that opponent is in the top three. If a door opens, Tottenham really will kick it shut.

@LastWordOnSpurs It seems like we break 50% of new signings within 3-5 months of signing; they have prolonged injuries, and never come back remotely close their initial promising form. This seems to go back years before Ange; if I’m not imagining this, I’d love to hear the club’s position.
