2. “When you fail, fail BIG.” When you fully own and even play out some of that existential kink in the moments of failure in public, you become bolder, more inspirational, and more attractive. It’s when you’re meek and in hiding with your failure that it sticks out more.
Digesting is the most energy consuming activity your body does on a regular basis.
What could your soul metabolize if your body and mind weren’t busy consuming the junk food and useless entertainment?
People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.
Care about what you do and who you are.
And then see how many want to know what you care about.
How is your breath right now?

People-pleasing is harmful.
It rewires your brain and fractures your sense of self.
Here's what most therapists won't tell you: 🧵
Easter is not just a tradition — it’s a deep spiritual message.
It reminds us that we can rise again, even after the darkest moments.
A time to renew our hearts, strengthen our path, and face adversity with love and light.
Hope is what keeps us going.
Safety is an illusion.
To our ancestors, safety meant surviving the day.
To you, safety means having a comfortable 9-5.
It's not the same.
What you're afraid is what will set you free.
Whenever life feels heavy:
- Breathe deeply
- Go on a long walk
- Watch the sunrise
- Write without judging
- Move your body freely
Nature's rhythm has a way
Of restoring your own.
Tools and tips and tricks only get you so far.
