During menstrual cycle, women and girls need water not only externally for hygiene purposes, but also to stay hydrated. Without adequate water intake, women could experience amplified menstrual cramps and discomfort.

As we take pride n advocating 4 women from all walks of life, it was put on our hearts to b voice 4 women& girls n other parts of d world where voices r not being heard.Our next int.mission trip will b on May 28, n Mexico City!We'll b supporting women shelter at d Salvation Army.

Last year, with the help of our supporters we provided feminine hygiene products and diapers for The Women’s Union and The Gaza Refugee camp in Jordan. We served 520 women, 152 children, 34 seniors, and 15 women with disabilities.
