@JackBloomDA Nice work. Keep it up. @EmfuleniLM needs to be checked ASAP. Raw sewerage been flowing into the Klip River from Alberton for over 15 years! Waste water treatment facilities on the vaal river also vandalised which means raw sewerage flows directly in there.

There is raw sewerage leaking into the Vaal River Sytem at Klip River in Vereeniging. This has been going on for almost 10 years now without being fixed. People getting sick - this is our drinking water. Do something about it @EmfuleniLM

@DeanMacpherson @diontgeorge I suggest collaborating with @SaveTheVaal to assist in fixing issue. Emfuleni municipality saw big growth in DA support given how bad situation has got there. I can assist in taking you to see where leaks are and how bad it is.

@DeanMacpherson @diontgeorge Hi Dean and Dion. There has been raw sewerage leaking intermittently at first but more frequently now for the last 15 years in vaal river near Vereeniging. It has spoilt water for activities + quality of drinking water.

@Lesufi 😂 this is laughable when you see the raw sewerage flowing into the vaal river system. How can you have any of this without stable, clean water supply? Your government also hasn’t even completed the rea vaya bus system in sandton?! It’s been a building site for YEARS now.
