@kelstrader@Raentrading Hi Chris, we have had some technical issues but have now received your request regarding access and will reach out directly now.
Hey, sorry to hear you had such a rough experience with TT. It definitely has a learning curve. Just so you know, we can set you up with a non-scoring test account so you can play around with it without it affecting your assessment at all.
Also, we’ve got a TT walkthrough webinar coming up that clears up a lot of the workflow stuff. Once you understand how it’s meant to be used, it’s actually a really solid platform. Reach out to support and we’ll get you sorted.
@samflows88@FYFTrading@Redacted_Hibi@Raentrading Not only can you re-attempt, you actually get unlimited attempts. If you don’t pass Phase 1, you can reset at no cost and try again as many times as you’d like. Cohort 005 is open now, so you can join anytime and start fresh.
Scaling is entirely on us, traders don’t have to “hold profits” for that to happen. We scale based purely on performance and risk data, and we do it aggressively when it’s earned. Some junior professionals choose to leave a small buffer early on for mental or risk management reasons, but it’s personal choice, not policy. Every payout is processed on schedule regardless.
@FYFTrading@Redacted_Hibi@Raentrading So far, roughly ~12-15% of all traders who start the assessment make it to the live desk. That’s based on a limited sample size so far, but it gives a good general idea of the progression rate.
We have roughly a 20% pass rate from Phase 1 into Phase 2, and about an ~80% pass rate from Phase 2 to the live desk. Phase 2 is actually more flexible since there’s no daily loss limit, just an overall static floor. Everyone who’s hit the profit target, traded the minimum required days, and stayed above the $92,000 floor has gone live. The only traders who haven’t advanced are those who fell below that threshold.
@OkoTrading@T_Salvadorini@Raentrading Everyone who’s gone live has full access to capital and the ability to take payouts whenever they want. Some choose to compound and scale, others may take profits sooner, it’s totally up to the trader. The opportunity is there for anyone who earns it.
Not yet through the assessment. We’ve had a handful of traders go live, and several are performing well, but none have requested a withdrawal so far (their choice). Most are focused on compounding their accounts and building long-term consistency, which is exactly the mindset we look for in professional traders.
Yes, we’re moving exclusively to TT for execution. You’ll now get access to TT Pro, which has excellent charting and analytics built in.
That said, you’re not limited to using TT for charts. You can still chart on whatever platform you prefer and route your orders through TT. But all of our execution infrastructure is now consolidated there.
