The real reason is dashcam car was driving with high beam LED lights which made fortuner driver blind on upcoming traffic. After collision the dashcam car changed lights to low beam. This is why I oppose white LED lamps.

@DriveSmart_IN Your analysis is so incorrect. The fortuner was blinded by intense white led light from DC car. Fortuner had already entered the road. It's not highway but some smaller town road asking the fortuner to wait. The biker was riding too fast for that lane type

The fortuner would've checked before turning and the crashed car could've avoided overtaking near intersections.
