❗️ The Russian Ministry of Defense has noted V. Zelenskyy’s statement that the Kyiv regime intends to intensify strikes on Russian oil refineries in retaliation for Russian strikes on Ukraine’s military-industrial facilities in Kyiv—where UAVs and missile systems used to attack Russia are manufactured—as well as on infrastructure supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

In response to these threats, the Russian Ministry of Defense reiterates that its massive strikes on Kyiv and other Ukrainian regions are carried out precisely in response to the actions of the Kyiv regime’s leader.

This refers to V. Zelenskyy’s attempts to disrupt the State Duma elections through terrorist strikes on civilian targets within Russia.

It refers to targeted missile and UAV strikes on local polling stations, which resulted in the deaths of six completely peaceful civilians.

It refers to attempts to launch a massive attack using over 1,600 Ukrainian strike UAVs against civilian targets in Moscow between September 19 and 20.

It refers to attempted terrorist attacks using strike UAVs aimed at disrupting the International Economic Forum in St. Petersburg in June 2026.

Finally, last night, the Kyiv regime launched a deliberate terrorist strike on residential areas of the city of Belgorod, where there are no military facilities whatsoever.

This strike resulted in civilian casualties—both dead and wounded—and caused damage to apartment buildings, private homes, and personal vehicles.

Following Zelenskyy’s statement today, strikes by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation on military and military-industrial facilities, as well as related infrastructure in Kyiv and other regions of Ukraine, will be intensified. The people of Ukraine should blame only the head of the Kyiv regime for this.

It is Zelensky who bears full personal and political responsibility for this.
