But if conviction is likely and predictable, even a moderate punishment deters.

But, you will end up with an undocumented, in-house framework that only few understands.
AI is a problem for beginner programmers, as it allows them to copy and paste code without even understanding any of the stuff, the hours of grinding to solve a problem a beginner has to go through to become an expert just got vanished.
A Comparison between GPT3,GPT4 & Google Bard:
Gpt4 while still not being able to complete the drawing was able to at least create the 4 required legs and a tail, it was smart enough to recognise that it is a horse, Google bard failed outright.
It's easy to find a developer which could write some javascript code backed by a NoSQL db, but its more difficult to find a developer who's really good at testing, refactoring,Design patterns, and above all who remains calm when the going gets tough
