20 minutes late on the way in and standing in the corridor on the way back, I paid for a seat not an overheated spot to perch and no refund available!?
@GWRHelp & @thetrainline Having spent £100 on a Taxi to Oxford after all the trains using the London line were cancelled, at the very least you must refund my ticket!!!
@lcthomas1212 It’s horrid and tacky - very Las Vegas… Not to mention that it doesn’t seem quite right building a huge dome which will have thousands of light turned on for most of the time, in one of the poorer parts of London - amidst a global energy crisis😃
@thetrainline@GWRHelp
Yesterday my train was cancelled, it was the last train of the day (from London to Cheltenham Spa) and I was compelled to reach my destination by taxi!
@NathanSmithHW @SphereVegas I recognise my bias, despising all modernist architecture I consider it completely insensitive to man's inate perception of beauty; so I disregard it's economic merits based on that. I think it's tacky and completely unnecessary, investments could be better focused elsewhere.
@NathanSmithHW @SphereVegas It was built by a private company in the states, but I'm trying to discredit those who say we don't have the means to build classically. And why do we need to build things like this? These constructions are not adding any value to their surroundings, they are ugly and vulgar.
@Uber@Uber_Support
Whenever I get to the train station there seem to be at least 10 ubers in the car park waiting for pasengers, yet when I try to call one it selects someone 5 minutes away.
What's going on there?
@CrossCountryUK
Why are all your trains so old and badly designed, they feel cramped and there's never enough space for the luggage. The overhead shelfs are too close to the ceiling! Don't mean to sound like a brat, if you like I can help you design some new trains 😁
