1) The woman tries to drive away
2) She steers the wheels away from the agents, away from both of them
3) The agent has time to move out of the way, but he decided to stay in the path of the car and gets his gun
4) She nicks the agent, but that’s not her intent. She has the wheels away from him
5) She just wants to drive off

This is not a left or right issue, this is a “was a woman shot rightfully issue”

That’s what I see
