So we are playing the volume game for our app marketing.
- 75 Piece of content everyday
- 15 Tiktok Accounts
- 15 Instagram Accounts
- 12 Ads
- $50 Ad spend everyday
Minor Update: Ran the campagin for 72 hours.
TLDR:
1. CTR was 0.5%, very bad.
2. Got some installs, but no conversion.
3. I think I fucked up the location part becuase 30-40% installs were from teir 3 countries.
Issues was with creative's and the volume of creatives, I just uploaded 2 ads, learnt that min should be 6.
Here are my Learnings:
1. Min Ad creative should be 6.
2. Don't run ads on creatives that do not do welll organically.
3. Patience is the key. I was checking the tiktok dashboard like a maniac.
4. This was fun, I got to learn so much.
NGL, I pity people who never give themselves a chance to do something Entrepenurial where you take a risk and learn so much. Most imp about yourself.
SOrry for all the spelling mistakes !!!
So we decided to increase the volume of content we post on TikTok/Instagram for our app.
We are moving to 35 posts a day from 5 posts a day.
We also developed some systems for us to create content faster. The results are good but we need to move faster for our targets.
Had a sick chest day with Gymnerds App did 100kg benchpress after so long.
Nobody else was there to spot, so the alternative was injury I guess.
Unlocked the second character.
Just let you all know If I workout consistently for next 1 year then maybe maybe I will unlock the last level 👽
Been marketing She75 and Gymnerds through UGC on TikTok and Instagram.
The results have been solid. We’re doubling down, scaling what works, and it’s paying off. Revenue keeps climbing, and we’re just getting started.

Day 5
Lesson till now,
1. Views don't mean shit, got 32k views but 0 signups.
2. Marketing is tuff.
3. If you want to win the lottery you have to make the money to buy a ticket

Designers are being cooked.
And in the next few months, it’s going to get brutal.
AI can now generate app screens like this in minutes.
No endless Figma iterations.
No week-long turnaround.
No expensive design agency retainers.
10x faster.
10x cheaper.
The scary part?
This is just the beginning.
The role of “just making pretty screens” is dying fast.
The designers who will win are the ones who:
think like product builders
understand UX psychology
know how to direct AI
ship insanely fast
Everyone else is about to feel what developers felt after Copilot.
May month:
So far so good.
