@ICstruct@V_arrell Fentanyl is schedule 2 and perfectly legal for use on lable as prescribed by a doctor. Completely illegal without prescription. Would assume the same would apply for cannabis.
@TheDalesReport Maybe people are concerned that while rescheduling improves tax positioning, behind the curtain are businesses that are not growing and not taking market share? Maybe they are running business models that collapse with interstate commerce? Maybe there's no brand loyalty or moat?

@DavidVanSkiver@V_arrell Yeah the option chain could add some upward pressure, but again hope for hype and gambling. The sector popped in 2020/1 when revenues grew. Patience will be needed indeed...
@JGriesler@V_arrell Agreed, but I think you've got investors that will believe it when they see it. Top lines for the big MSOs have gone nowhere in several years.
@V_arrell Not gross margin, net margin. The "adjusted" EBITA looks pretty good, but GAAP net income, not as much. VA sales start in more than a year and new markets opening have only served to prop up declining same store sales.
@TapeTorque@michaeljburry@RegiStonk I have a pair of B&W standmounts being powered by a WiiM amp ultra. Would def not describe them as "accurate" but they kick pretty hard haha
@roaringmeows This thing has reached a fever pitch. Betting against it has been a fools game for a long while, but now may be a good time to dip into some downside protection. It's gotten cheap.
@jfberke@BillAckman@__Injaneb96 Yeah whatever though, he's trying come up with creative ideas to bring more money in. Ackmans saying the city should kiss Kens ass because he's got a fragile ego and may take his ball and go home. I say fuck em. City was fine before him and will be fine after.
@jfberke@BillAckman@__Injaneb96 Only catch is that you then have to pay NYS and NYC income taxes...which is probably what drove them out in the first place. I would think the outcome of this would be to just reduce the value of super high end real estate.
