So indirectly you are punishing the farmers who decide to live in villages.

@ACTFibernet I have raised a request to disconnect my connection and I'm being asked to pay the due amount for the month of October. But I'm a prepaid customer, and I'm disconnecting the connection at the start of the month, so why and where does this due amount come from?

@DrinkPrime The issue has been resolved after the technician visit. As feedback just note that as water is a very urgent and important resource try to assign a technician as early as possible to not cause inconvenience to people.

@DrinkPrime it's been almost a day since I have raised a complaint for my water purifier, so far no technician has been assigned to resolve the issue. Instead of solving the problem you are creating the problem. If you reimburse me, I will get it repaired from my side.
