It is just the way to earn money from people by just applying ban for 3 days.

Today I went to Delhi and faced Traffic Police and got to know there is some rule on ban of BS3 and BS4 diesel vehicles from Jan 10th - Jan 12th and the order was issued yesterday on Jan 9th.
