Whereas on going to UGC (DEB) office, the officials are telling us that the university is allowed to issue degrees to collaborative students before 2013- 2014 derecognition. And the university is harassing the students on their end.

Many people from my batch as collaborative students in the batch 2008 -2011 have received their degree certificates in 2012, 2013, 2019, 2020. Now the university is blaming UGC other statuary bodies, for not issuing degrees.

This clarifies that degrees of all students enrolled from Regional Centres and collaborative Centres within the territorial jurisdiction are valid...
