Hi @daily_objects looks like your site is sharing personal info of random customers. After logging into my account and placing an order (money deducted from CC), I’m seeing the account in the name of other random customers. Moreover my order is not showing although money charged!
Over a month since when I’ve been trying to close a @HDFC_Bank Forex card and have pending forex returned to my account. Multiple messages to the RM, letters, form (which says it takes one day to return the amount) and still nothing. Avoid @HDFC_Bank at all cost!

@HDFCBank_Cares If the “best of our services” means harassing the customer then you are doing a wonderful job! Your service has been nothing but insulting and downright ridiculous. Sad state of affairs @HDFC_Bank

The RM is the one I have been in contact with for the past month. He has been of no help. Your form says forex refund is done on the next working day. You’re now asking for another week. This is after a month already. Pathetic service! @HDFC_Bank

@jay_kotakone A quick update. After the below message I got a flurry of phone calls from various bank employees, visits by branch head. A month later, and nothing has changed. The old problems remain and new ones have been added. Just FYI! @udaykotak@KotakBankLtd
@jay_kotakone Hi Jay, curious if there is anyone in Gurgaon who can sit down and handle our family accounts held at Kotak. Previous RMs have made a mess of them and sadly I see no future with the bank. Too much in-house/branch politics and lack of communication/responsibility.
@KotakCares It’s a recurring theme, so I don’t expect much from customer care or the bank now. It’s sad when @udaykotak is celebrating 40 years of the business while the state of affairs at the bank is abysmal to say the least.

Disappointed with a company like @BlueDart_ that makes false excuses of “delivery out of serviceable area” to not deliver. Not only does it affect me but also the small business from whom I ordered the prepaid product. Both have to run after them now wasting time.

@rodanotes Hi there, love your products. Sadly your delivery partner messaged that they cannot deliver the prepaid order because I am out of coverage area. @BlueDart_ delivers to us regularly so that is incorrect. I would love the items. If not, I would like a refund please.
