@AirbnbHelp @Airbnb stranded in Chicago because one of your hosts retaliated when we expressed concerns about their apartment and locked us out without any warning. We have an infant with us and @Airbnb customer service has been TERRIBLE!!!

He is now saying our 9 month old chewed his remote.

Please tell me how an infant could do damage like this to a remote. @Airbnb please do a better job screening hosts, because this is not normal.

@AirbnbHelp I sent this message to the host. The next day he verbally asks us to leave and then changes the code to the apartment. All I asked for was a clean place. @Airbnb did nothing to help us. We had to find another place in a city with sold out hotels. 😳

@AirbnbKeit57363 Still has not been resolved. This is NUTS!! @Airbnb support is AWFUL!! If you are a traveling family you will be left to your own devices when an issue with a host happens. Hotels are sold out city wide because of the convention. We were completely abandoned by @AirbnbHelp
