It's safe to say, I won't be shopping at @currys again, customer service team is abysmal! I don't recommend them to anyone. Their Twitter team is worse than their phone lines! Every reply is a new staff member wanting to know what the issue is. Boycott Currys! Issue unresolved!

So I ordered a washing machine on Monday (for my elderly mum) from @currys, for next day delivery, the 'installers' came the following day and left within minutes telling my mother that there was something wrong with pipe...

And left me with no machine, I've had to wait an additional week for what could be another week because of an issue that could have been dealt with already but I'm unaware of....

@HelloFreshUK @HelloFresh I've actually just been robbed of £60 x2 and more lower sums because apparently a duplicate subscription was made, your customer services have the audacity to tell me I could have done it maliciously to receive food boxes. WRONG PEOPLE.
