An RO cannot be serviced 100% remotely. You need to respect the concerns of a customer. Upto you now to serve or not, I am not doing any more followups. I will probably make a dustbin out of M1 and install at my society's gate.

I purchased a M1 Native RO fro UC in Mar'25. The taste is bad too. I requested an executive visit as its not something that can be resolved online. Bt yr exec is continsly getting changed offering me 200 rupee to buy TDS? This is how you handle?

Train number 22548, coach A-1. The washroom are basically shared with sleeper coach due to opened partition. Pathetic condition of washroom. Focus is more on selling item rather than keeping coach clean.
