@AmericanAir Staff is so rude to provide information to passenger. It was worst experience and would like think for consideration.

@AmericanAir services are worst to accommodate. We started our journey day 1 8.45 pm from Philadelphia with the confidence on @qatarairways. But @AmericanAir failed to deliver courtesy when in case of emergency landing. We landed 10.15 am and flight got schedule for next day 11am

There is mismanagement at airline reception, no tags for luggage, no information on luggage delivery, mismanagement flight. another 24 hr layovers for people.

I missed my visa interview.

@AmericanAir But no satisfactory response over DM as well. Just now one passages got the rebooking in luftansa. When I requested for the same flight the answer was ….I can’t change the terminal due to visa issue
