@amazonIN i need an answer to a simple question. Name of the person to whom the parcel was delivered?I wasn't called for the 4 digit pin nor was the number of delivery agent shared with me. I need proof of delivery of the order. An automated mail from you isn't sufficient proof.
@AmazonHelp But this doesn't solve my issue. You're supposed to solve my problem. I don't care about the return window. I have cctv footage that the parcel was not delivered at the claimed date and time.
@amazonIN regarding one of my prepaid orders, no. 40770300583054766, consisting of 30 books for my school. You are claiming to have delivered the same on 29 March but we haven't received it. I'm being denied help from Amazon as the window has expired. Need a solution asap
@amazonIN I need help with one of my orders. All I'm getting from your end is that it's outside of the return window. Is that how you deal with your customers. I've been associated with Amazon since almost 10 years now but haven't faced an issue like this before.
@AmazonHelp This is clear violation of privacy. This parcel was not delivered by Amazon and i will stick to it. Instead of helping me, you're giving me automated replies. Are you guys not worried about your reputation?

B) why was i not called before making the delivery?
C) Why was the delivery agent's number not shared with me?
These are serious issues in your system which promotes distrust among your customers.
